You may request to delete your OneClass account, which includes the removal of all associated classes and coupon codes. Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed by an administrator within 30 days of submission.
Deletion Process
- Submission: Submit your deletion request through the form below providing your registered email address to identify your account and confirming your intent to delete your account.
- Verification: Our team will verify your identity using the provided email address to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Processing: Once verified, your account's associated classes and coupon codes will be scheduled for deletion. The deletion will be completed by an administrator within 30 days from the date of verification.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
User Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth deletion process, please ensure:
- You understand that deletion is irreversible and will remove all classes and coupon codes associated with your account.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- All classes and coupon codes associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
- You will no longer have access to your account or any associated services tied to classes or coupon codes.
- Any active subscriptions or coupon codes will be terminated and cannot be recovered.
